About Us

Our building enterprise was born in 1961 in Loreggia – Padua where we developed first working experiences in residential building;  after that, the owner decided to move towards the city, during the ages of housing boom and great request of houses.
The company worked in different quartiers of Padua: Arcella, Voltabarozzo, Portello, Brusegana, Madonna Pellegrina and Sant’Osvaldo.
During these years the company became the real commission agent of works.  In 1978 we moved to Sarmeola di Rubano: in this place we opened an office which was the most important site. In these years the eldest son joined the family company, followed afterwards by his brothers.

In 1989 we started building also shopping centers, sheds and directional centers. In this period the estate society of Tessaro family, works together with the building enterprise which is the real working center of the group: experience and capabilities grow more and more to offer the best to our customers in technological innovation and materials.
In 2000 we moved to Via Avogadro, 23, in a more comfortable site.  January, the 7th 2008 we achieved the quality system ISO9001 following the prescriptions of Technical Regulation SINCERT RT-05. February, the 22nd 2008 we received the qualification for public works SOA in category OG1 and classification IV.

We have occupied a further storehouse in Rubano, via Avogadro, 21 too.
We wanted to establish our activity in Rubano to be at the center of all our building yards in Sarmeola, Caselle di Selvazzano, Vaccarino di Piazzola sul Brenta, Padua, Rubano to follow our works in a better way.
At the moment we own different types of houses:  studios,  different types of flats, villas for two or three families, cottages.
Development of technologies allows us to build houses with a low energy waste, isolated from sound and thermal conditions.
In many of our block of flats we offer as a plus photovoltaic panels, floor heating, hanging toilets, wood roofs. We also offer the complete customization of the house to our buyers.
